NYC 2500 sq ft home by Prospect subway 2 & 5 train

My place is close to the 2 and 5 subway lines that run express in Manhattan on both the east and westside of NYC. The house is over 100 years old and has the high ceilings, lots of light and space and bay windows. It also has a nice backyard with a grill. We are a family that lives here and hope you will treat it like you own it and the place is ideal for families. Closest to Yankee stadium, Bronx zoo, NY botanical gardens, Harlem, Central park, Guggenheim, Museum of Natural History, the Met The space When you arrive to the classic 1920 townhouse there are about 10 steps up to the front door. We have super fast internet fios with 1 gig uploading and downloading. There is a parlor entrance with two sets of doors and pocket doors on the right side lead into the living room. The first floor has an open layout with the living room looking out on three bay windows, followed by a dining room that seats six people and a bathroom divides the space between the living room and kitchen. The living room couch is a futon bed that sleeps 2. Walk up the stairs and you will find four bedrooms and one full bathroom. Each bedroom sleeps two people, except the 4th bedroom which is setup with a single bed. Then walk up the steps to the third floor and the entire floor is a kids play area with a large screen 60 inch tv and futon that sleeps two and two single beds as well as wooden house and toys, toys, toys. There are 3 tvs throughout the house. Guest access You can access the whole home except the basement which is rented as a separate unit. Other things to note We rent out the basement so please be respectful in the early morning and late evening.
