Public transport (bus, taxis, BIXI) that connects the island to the rest of the Montreal area in minutes. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, and you will find a garbage chute upstairs. Guest access You will have access to the laundry room in the basement of the building as well as a reserved parking space in the building's parking lot. Please note there are several activities to do in Ile-des-Soeurs: The network of trails, footbridges and docks of the Domaine Saint-Paul wooded area. The belvederes on the river in Maynard-Ferguson Park. The rotunda and its unusual view of the new Samuel-de-Champlain bridge. The west side overlooking the new Verdun beach. In short, the options are almost endless if you like to take walks in nature, by the water, or simply have a picnic. There is a convenience store a 2-minute walk from the apartment as well as restaurants, grocery stores, tennis courts, basketball courts and more. Ile-des-Soeurs is also known for the wonderful Storm Spa Nordique, Milada Salon Boutique, NAVI Espace Nautique en Ville, Golf Executif Montréal and others. Other things to note The building is accessible to people with disabilities with wheelchairs. The building has an elevator and 3 entrance doors to the building. Possibility to find street parking in front of the building for your guests. Pets are welcome.
