The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house and yard, but guests are not permitted to access the basement. The trails into the woods and to the pond are also available, but if you plan to or think you might use them, please just shoot us a message so we know when people will be back there. Children are not permitted to roam the property on their own. Other things to note The house was previously white, but we have painted it a lovely green!
