The space This beautiful remodeled home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in the lantern district of Dana point and is within walking distance of all Dana Point restaurants and bars, Dana Point Harbor and Doheney beach. ( yes, the surfing beach made famous in the Beach Boys song). Fully remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, island, 42" gourmet stove, fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Vitamix blender etc... Very private backyard with brand new hot tub, large patio with Barbeque. Surfboards, beachchairs, umbrellas, cooler , SUP with paddle, 2 bicycles in the 2 car attached garage. We also provide a stroller, port a crib and high chair. Guest access You are renting the whole house, there is a king bed in the master BR, a queen in guest room 1, and a bunk bed in guestroom 2. The bunkbed has a double bed on the bottom, a twin on top and a twin under the trundle. It is would work for 4 adults and 4 kids, or 6 adults and 2 kids but that would be a bit cramped. Other things to note 2 blocks from vibrant downtown Dana Point bustling with restaurants, coffe shops and bars. 10 minute walk to Dana Point Marina, Doheney Beach etc... Famous golf courses, surfing beaches close by. 30 minutes drive to Legoland, Disneyland and many other attractions. Whale watching tours and fishing charters in Dana Point Harbor. Dana Point is home to some very high end hotels like the Ritz Carlton , Waldorf Astoria and Marriott Laguna Cliffs. The Laguna Beach Montage is a 5 minute car ride away.
