This private and spacious guest suite with a separate entrance 35 minutes to Reno and the airport; 40 minutes to NAS Fallon. Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle. You will have a completely private large apartment suite attached to the main house. The main room is spacious, featuring high ceilings, living room area with a couch (converts to a full size bed), FREE WIFI, 65 inch flat screen smart TV; a kitchenette (w/Keurig and cooking appliances) and a MODERN queen size bed with (2) dressers. Full bath with Jack and Jill sinks, shower, private toilet (toiletries included!) and a spacious walk-in closet (with extra amenities: fold away bed, iron, ironing board, hangers, portable fan). Take a walk around a nice quiet neighborhood - some new home construction still going on weekdays during the daytime hours. The main house the suite is attached to is occupied by my husband and I. We are very sensitive to the privacy needs of our guests; there is plenty of room for all to feel comfortable on this large property. The entire guest suite w/parking - no access to the main house, backyard or garage. We are generally available on site or via messages anytime to help with anything you need, provide tips on places to go or answer questions. You can choose to have zero or lots of interaction as you wish.
