There is an ample back deck for dining, sunbathing and stargazing. The house is walking and biking distance to historic Springs Village, Accabonic Harbor and pristine bay beaches. By car, it's a ten-minute drive to the heart of East Hampton Village and ocean beaches in Amagansett. The space This house is perfect to enjoy a relaxed vacation with all the amenities, comforts and close proximity to beaches and virtually everything else that makes summer living in the Hamptons so desirable. It is bright and sunny, yet cool. The house is also well-appointed, in terms of furnishings and artwork, yet not fussy. Surrounded by woods mostly and is situated on a cul-de-sac, so there is privacy and very little car traffic. Guest access The entire house is available. There is no sharing of it. Other things to note Children and elderly guests are welcome. However, the house and surrounding property are not child-proof. For example, there are two staircases in the house. Other hazards include cleansers, detergents, plastic bags, kitchen knives, tools, garden equipment, etc.
