KITCHEN & DINING Prepare meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for four. BEDROOM & BATH This second-story apartment sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and a sleeper sofa. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer and a reserved parking pad for unit and small outdoor space with bistro set. Guest access Enjoy a private second story apartment with keyless entry. Attached to the main house but no shared amenities with main house. You will also have a small private outdoor patio area with a bistro table and space to store your bicycles, paddle boards, etc. out of view from the street. Note: There is not a covered outdoor area or garage access for guest storage. You may bring your items into the unit if desired. Other things to note We are a dog friendly host. Please be considerate when bringing your pup, and register them on your reservation. We charge an extra cleaning fee of $20 per visit for pets to help offset the extra cleaning required after a pet stays. Failure to notify beforehand will result in a $50 unregistered pet fee. In accordance with Airbnb guidelines, service animals are not pets and will not be charged a fee. Emotional support animals are not service animals and should be registered as pets. Service animals left in the apartment will be considered pets.
