Size: 57 m² Other things to note ...   The apartments in the Nordseegartenpark are particularly modern, comfortable and friendly furnished, technically up to date, partly over two living levels.   Right in the center of Bensersiel, you can enjoy the view of the Bensersiel harbor, the North Sea and even the East Frisian islands of Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Baltrum and all the way to Norderney from roof terraces in the North Sea Garden Park. The balconies on the other side of the apartments let you enjoy a magnificent view of the East Frisian Marschland. There are two bedrooms in all apartments with two beds each with two beds, modern large bathrooms, excellently equipped fitted kitchens, balconies and a large roof terrace each. From the underground parking spaces reserved for many of the apartments, you can reach your apartment by elevator to the 4th floor and via the arcade.   The North Sea Garden Park with "Deichpassage" is a modern holiday center in the center of Bensersiel. The North Sea Garden Park was completed in late summer in 2004.   Here with us in the North Sea Garden Park, you are right in the middle of it, which means: get buns without leaving the house, cafe next door, eating and then falling almost directly into bed or in the elevator to the supermarket.   You walk past nice shops and modern gastronomy in about 50 meters to the dike exit through the modern covered "dike passage. A complete shopping center is available in the house. If you leave the "dyke passage", you are already right in front of the port entrance. You can walk on or across the dyke and are in a short walk at the harbor, beach facilities and on the beach portal with the covered beach playground "Bennis Abenteuerland", an internet room and many event and information offers.   All spa facilities as well as a modern wellness, sauna and fitness center are housed in the North Sea spa "Sonneninsel", also just a short walk from the North Sea Park. Then there is not even a stone's throw away the spa park, through which you walk past the harbor back to the beach complexes.   On the beach itself you will find an adventure playground and the children's house "Kunterbunt", the seawater wave pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for the children as well as for many events; and many more ideas for your vacation.   Shops and restaurants and cafes can also be found abundantly on your short walks through Bensersiel and not only in the "Deich Passage". For an evening walk on the dike with great sunsets, you only have to go out the door. And then just walk a little on the beach or around the harbor or even a few hours and enjoy the healthy air and the evening wind. You won't even notice what's happening to you. It can only be this beautiful here on the coast!   For your vacation or your spa, you are ideally cared for with us. Very close to Bensersiel is Esens, the good living room of Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car, but even better "the other way around" through the marshland via the "Hammerweg"; or via the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief" by bike. Beautiful tours await you.   The great Bensersiel offer in Esens is complemented by the more than 475 year old knight town with a historically grown city center. There are a lot of small and large events, museums and other gastronomy and shopping. In general, our area is excellent for long walks, bike rides and exploring East Frisia's unique nature.
