Enjoy this spacious traditional condo with a modern flair. This home is only a 20 minute drive to downtown Chicago--One minute from the Expressway and Public Transportation (Red Line Stop) . We are located in the Greater Grand Crossing Area. The space The space is very comfortable for business travelers, students, or traveling nurses. this place is equivalent of everything you would need to feel comfortable. home away from home. to ensure the safety and comfort of all of our guests, the space is cleaned and inspected monthly. additional fees May apply. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor apartment. it is not a shared space. Other things to note Our Guests are very pleased with the space and all the extra amenities offered. Getting around is very easy, there is plenty of parking outside of the building. remember to take your keys with you when leaving the premises. Practice normal safety measures going in and out of the building and around the city of Chicago. we still practice COVID cleaning standards for our units. it is expected and cleaned monthly. fee depends on the number of guests we are accommodating.
