Thoughtfully designed, the studio is on a quiet tree-lined street but is still centrally located and easily accessible by any mode of transportation: public transit (1 block away), bicycle (1 block to bike lane), or car (street parking available and 10 minutes to downtown). The space is cozy and inviting with a kitchenette, pull down queen size murphy bed, and complementary tea/coffee. The space Located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Vancouver, Mount Pleasant is just outside downtown - perfect for those wanting to stay close to downtown but away from the busy touristy areas. The area is diverse and culturally rich; known for its mix of galleries, independent boutique stores, local award winning restaurants and craft breweries. Included in the space: - Kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, bodum pour-over coffee maker, coffee grinder with complimentary tea/coffee *Note - the stove is a plug in cook top so cooking is minimal - Living room has a couch, pull down queen sized murphy bed and wall mounted TV with access to Netflix * Note - the couch seat is the same construction as a pocket spring mattress so can also be used as a single bed to accommodate a 3rd guest. - Bathroom with large mirror, full size walk-in glass shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer -Wi fi access -Ironing board and Iron Guest access Enjoy complete privacy as the studio has its own separate entrance with keyless entry. The entrance to the studio looks onto our private backyard so you may see us occasionally. Access to the studio is through the side gate or rear yard. Other things to note For the comfort of all our guests, there is strictly no smoking or vaping of any substance in the studio. Out of respect for our neighbours, we have a 'No Party' policy with no loud noises after 10pm and before 7am. There is no laundry available but there are 2 laundromats located within 1 - 2 blocks away. But we will launder/replace bedding and towels when requested.
