The River's Edge - Dunsmuir Getaway

The River's Edge - Located in Dunsmuir, across the street from the Sacramento River. This unique home is a little oasis. You can walk down the slope across from the house, or for easier access down the street are some pathways to the river - offering some of the best fishing in Siskiyou County. This 2 bedroom house sleeps 4 comfortably & offers all the amenities one needs for a get away. Home also features a private back yard & garden w/ BBQ & a place to relax! The home is also near the train. The space In addition to the covered pergola in the back for outdoor dining area, there is an outdoor shower as well as an outdoor sleeping area (when the weather is good). The yard is full of fruit trees and fresh rosemary, as well as grapes, all when in season.... Feel free to help yourself. From the front porch you can hear the river which is just across the street! The Train is across the river side, so you will hear it. We now have new beds as of April 1, 2021!! We also have a portable AC that we installed in July! Guest access You'll have the entire house! Other things to note The Gardner just come once a week usually mid week, but there is no set time.
