The Oak and Nasturtium cottage has 2 bedrooms: this one (Garden Garden), with shared bathroom, and the Oak, with private bathroom (also listed on AirBnB). In the heart of the peaceful and picturesque village of Saint-Damien, Catherine welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere in her century-old house of unpretentious chic. For an extra $20 per guest, you can enjoy a refined lunch made up of local organic products. Families, epicureans, lovers are welcome... The space The Garden Room is located upstairs and includes a double bed, dresser, comfortable chair for reading and a wardrobe. The shared bathroom is on the ground floor. You will have access to high-speed Wi-Fi from your room. A room key is available upon request. Guest access Guests have access to common areas: living room, dining room with fireplace, bathroom and, on request, kitchen and laundry room. Outside, the entire property, including the picnic table, a campfire area and the organic vegetable garden, is available to everyone. In season, tomatoes, herbs, strawberries and other Nordic vegetables and berries, some of which are little known and waiting to be discovered, can be picked as soon as you wake up. During your stay As a host, I live on site and, depending on the needs of the guests, I remain discreet and reserved, or I actively and amicably participate in their stays, for example by joining their discussions or guiding them in the choice of their activities. I am concerned about the comfort of visitors, young and old, and I will offer the extra sweater, the distracting toy, a hot herbal tea or any other small comforting attention.
