It is about 1 hour drive from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach as well Bush Gardens at Tampa. The Townhouse has 3 bedrooms (one silent king bed with memory foam mattress in master bedroom and one double/full bed with memory foam in each of the other rooms) and 2 1/2 bathrooms as well an extra sink/mirror on the hallway second floor. It can host up to 6 guests. It is fully furnished, has a gourmet kitchen fully equipped (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cutleries) with breakfast bar and bar stools. The living room has a spectacular view to the pond and fountain right from the sofa as well there is a screened in lanai in the back to enjoy the same view and beautiful sunsets. There is a Roku/Chromecast TV in Living room and a second TV in Master bedroom with Roku as well. The house is equipped with home automation. Experience some of the features of Home automation like turning on/off a lamp, turning the TV on or sending videos from your phone to the TV. Use voice commands to play content from Youtube on TV or to check out the weather. In the Master bedroom there is a sound therapy device that will help you relax and sleep well on a memory foam mattress. The house is located in family friendly/safe gated community close to Club House and Playground. The common amenities include Heated Spa, Community Pool, Club House, Exercise Room. Please note that as per Florida guidelines during these challenging times all guests must provide their names at the time of booking and guests that are not on the rental list are not permitted to stay in the house. (please notify us if you have other guests not listed on the rental staying over night) Each room is equipped with smoke detectors as well 2 CO2 detectors one on each floor. There is a fire estinguisher above the fridge in the kitchen as well a house evacuation plan on the wall close to the entrance in the kitchen. The listing price is for 4 guests and for any other additional guest there will be a charge of $30 per night per additional guest. The house will be cleaned as per county's cleaning guidelines regarding disinfection and sanitization of the unit. At the pool is recommended to keep a 6 ft distance between other groups and the gym is fully opened as well but reommended to keep social distancing and it will be your responsibility to clean the equipment after each use. Cleaning spray and wipes are provided in the gym and will be monitored by the surveillance cameras. There are many different amenities at Heritage Key Villas: A large clubhouse with a fitness room. There is a large heated resort size pool, hot tub, playground, sand volley ball and a grill area to enjoy. Gym has 24 hours access and after 9PM you need a code to enter (which will be provided). The community complex is equipped with surveillance cameras and the property as well has an outdoor camera above the entrance door and another one in the screened in lanai overlooking the outside back door for your security. The pool and Gym are just a very short walking distance from the house. There is a second pool and gym at the end of the street. You can enjoy walks at night. You can also enjoy watching the pond fountain right from the living room couch, especially at night when the lights will turn on. If you have an EV car there are some charging stations through out the complex. Minutes away from Osceola Heritage Park and Silver Spurs Arena. Half an hour away from OCCC, ESPN, Walt Disney parks, Universal Studios and Disney Springs as well as other attractions. 20 min away from Royal St. Cloud Golf Club. Parking provided in front of the house. Additional parking available on the property wherever there is no marked Parking spots. Shampoo, dishwasher (pods or liquid) will be provided for one time use during your stay as well there will be one toilet paper roll provided per bathroom. Laundry detergent is not provided, however you might find some in the laundry room.
