Other things to note ⭐️ BEACH INFO & SAFETY ⭐️ Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico is very different from pool swimming. Please respect the strength of the water and stay aware of current conditions. Beach towels are included, and we’re happy to connect you with local rental companies—details will be shared in your check-in message. ⭐️ WILDLIFE & NATURE ⭐️ Our homes are located near natural preserves, where wildlife is part of the experience. You may encounter animals such as birds, rabbits, snakes, and occasionally coyotes—please be mindful of your surroundings and avoid disturbing any wildlife. Sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During this time, please do not leave beach equipment or bright lights on the beach overnight, as this can disrupt nesting and hatchlings. Sea turtles and their nests are protected, and it is important to respect these guidelines. ⭐️ PET POLICY ⭐️ All pets must be pre-approved prior to booking. Breed restrictions and weight limits apply—please inquire before reserving. Proof of current flea and tick prevention is required. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Evidence of pets on beds or couches may result in additional cleaning fees or replacement charges.
