The space Our lovely two bedroom/two bathroom condo is located in a safe community with a 24 hour gated entry and security, and is fully furnished with a 50 inch flat screen TV in the living room, 32 inch flat screens in both bedrooms, Roku-easy sign in for streaming your services, and the kitchen is fully equipped, giving the ambiance of a “home away from home.” Located right next to The Palms and Rio hotels, plenty of entertainment venues within driving distance and minutes away from The Strip, 15 freeway, and McCarran Airport. Conveniently placed near a variety of restaurants and fast food (available for dine in/takeout/delivery), Enterprise (car rental agency), Starbucks Drive-Thru (also for caffeinated convenience) within 5 minutes of driving distance. An Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride is approximately $10 or less to The Strip. This condo is excellent for couples, small families, and business travelers. The water in Las Vegas is not the best. We like to provide guests with fresh water. We have a water dispenser with a 5 gallon water in the dispenser and an extra 5 gallon in the front closet. If you foresee yourselves needing more water, please request a couple days ahead.
