The home can sleep 8 people and has plenty of yard on the adjacent lot across the quiet access street with a fire-pit and plenty of room for corn hole and other outdoor games. Bedspreads and pillows are provided however sheets are not. Please bring sheets and pillow cases for 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and and bunk beds. Also UPDATE, the house now has air conditioning downstairs with 2 mini splits unit newly installed! This cottage is lakefront, with a large lot across the access street with your own private dock with poles to tie your boats or wave runners. It has a fire-pit on the lake. There is plenty of dining seating indoors and outdoors with a picnic table lakeside, a grill with private dining in the back and 2 large kitchen tables in the cottage. I am available at any time to answer or help with any questions! This is a quiet neighborhood with 8 homes on an access street off of East Terrace near the Rod n Gun club. It is conveniently located less than 1/4 mile to Home Depot, Wegmans and Walmart. Situated on the city side of the street is a public basketball court where you can frequently find kids playing pick-up games. The boat launch is 1/4 mile away, across from the dog park.
