* There are 2 beds. Queen in the bedroom & double-sofabed that unfolds into a bed. THE BEST central location in San Diego! You really can walk to many restaurants, museums, trails, golf, & shops, and to The Old Town Transit Center. *please note this is "city quiet" so expect some sounds, our vacation home is comfortable, well furnished, and well equipped! High Speed internet, one off-street private parking space, Old Town Park is across the street Note: We have 2 casitas that are similar. The space You'll be comfortable inside (*ac if needed) or outside the house on the patio and your San Diego adventures are accessible by walking, train, trolley, uber, lyft, or by your personal vehicle. We furnish the house with what you'll need during your stay as described in our amenities. We have another Old Town Casita de Felicidad if your dates are unavailable or if you need a 2nd place for friends or family! Guest access The front patio and garden is at your front door and outside the livingroom window with a table&chairs, tree swing, and a back door with a small walkway area as well. The laundry room is in a separate building from the house and you'll have access with a lock-box code. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING- We are reasonable but don't like surprises. Just keep us informed! Please let us know if things break or don't work- we can usually resolve it pretty quick. **We strictly enforce reservation listed number of guests & check-in and check out times UNLESS otherwise agreed to in writing & confirmed by us. We may charge Penalties and/or eviction fees after you exceed one hour for late checkout charge of $50, cost for full day rental and subsequent next guest expenses added after 2 hours as applies.
