Front House with pool & hot tub

My place close to restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the location and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space This 1924 house is flooded with natural light and sits on half an acre of land above Hill Dr. in Eagle Rock. There's a back house you can rent as well which is a one bedroom (see separate listing on my profile) with a kitchen and bathroom. The back house may or may not be rented during your stay so the pool/garden is a shared space if so. There are three cats on this property. They live in and outside. If you're allergic to cats this isn't the place for you! This place is ideal for animal lovers. Dogs are invited as long as they're not aggressive with cats and are socialized with other dogs. If you choose to rent the whole property then your dogs just need to be cool with cats. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Back yard and pool area are a shared space unless you rent the whole property. Please see entire property listing under my profile should you want to rent the entire space. Other things to note There is absolutely no filming allowed on this property without permission or a separate contract.
