The space The San Silvestro House – First Floor is located on the first floor of a period building in the heart of the city, in the beautiful Campo San Silvestro. The perfect mix between modern furnishings and more traditional elements, such as wooden beams and exposed stone, makes the environment comfortable and welcoming. The taste and sophistication in the choice of custom-made handcrafted furniture is noteworthy. The apartment has a large kitchen, decorated in shades of white and blue, and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and a washing machine. The living area overlooks the pretty Campo San Silvestro and is furnished with a sofa that can be used as a bed for two people, a beautiful piano, and a flat-screen TV. The sleeping area consists of three rooms: - A double bedroom with a bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe characterized by exposed stone, overlooking the area below, and with a private bathroom with a shower; - A bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined if required) with a walk-in closet, all surrounded by beautiful boiserie and overlooking the Campo di San Silvestro; - A single bedroom overlooking the courtyard. Finally, the apartment has a second bathroom, again with a shower and a hairdryer. Among the amenities, there is air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi.
