Other things to note This is an artist home with original art. It is well suited for mature adults. The owner would expect you to treat it as your home but enjoy it to the fullest The following are cautions that would be advised an followed COOKING The quartz surface can not be cut on there are carving boards for that. Hot pans can not be put on the surface either. The gas grill has to be turned off and also the valve that supplies the gas. LAUNDRY The lint in the dryer needs to be taken out after every use or else it can get clogged up. The washing machine door should stay open after use so it can dry out and not mildew. The doors should always stay shut so the Air Conditioning can work properly and not seize up. WARNING POOL NO GLASS BY THE POOL AREA. If broken glass ends up in the pool you will have to pay to have it drained which can be very expensive! NO GLASS should be observed on the deck over the pool in case there was some broken glass falling from the deck into the pool. NO peeing in the pool. Use the handrail and no diving of course. Wash sand off before entering the pool. Shower is right next to the Pool. Pool maintenance comes by once a week. If you enter the pool with sand it will stay there till he comes. It is best just to wash the sand off before entering the pool please. KLIPSCH STEREO Just go to your settings of your phone the bluetooth. Click on the Klipsch sixes to connect DO NOT throw and balls or anything in the house that might hit the art on the wall. The art on the wall is unique to the house and irreplaceable. SAND There is a hose in front of the house and a shower in the back of the house ALWAYS wash off sand before entering the house or the pool.
