This charming rental boasts an open kitchen and living room, perfect for spending time with family or friends while enjoying stunning views of 52-acre Granny Kent pond. We provide all bed linens and towels, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot, propane grill, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi and enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a separate queen bedroom, and an updated full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Please note that the bathroom is more compact than those found in many newer homes, but it has been thoughtfully updated and is fully functional. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, making the cottage a great fit for families and groups. The semi-finished walkout basement is the perfect place to unwind with a game of ping pong or store extra food and drinks in the second refrigerator/freezer. A convenient half bath is easily accessible from both the backyard and the waterfront. Step outside to enjoy 50 feet of private waterfront. Spend the day kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, rowing, or cruising in the pedal boat. In the evening, fire up the propane grill (starter propane included; refill station nearby), then gather around the fire pit and relax under the stars. Neighborhood: Our cottage is located in a friendly, established lake community where neighbors know one another and enjoy spending time outdoors. You may occasionally see neighbors chatting or walking nearby, and some have friendly dogs that are off leash. If you're traveling with a dog that is reactive or prefers extra space from other dogs, we recommend keeping your pet leashed and supervised while outdoors.
