Located in Cleveland’s historic Little Italy, my two-bedroom, one-bath units are steps from Mayfield Road’s restaurants, bakeries, and galleries, with easy access to University Circle, Case Western, and the Cleveland Clinic. All of my units are two-bedroom, one-bathroom spaces located in Cleveland’s historic Little Italy, a neighborhood I’ve called home for much of my life. Each unit is within walking distance of Mayfield Road’s main strip, offering easy access to the heart of Little Italy. Known for its rich Italian-American heritage, this neighborhood is lined with old-school bakeries, family-run trattorias, and some of the best pizza and pasta spots in the city. Whether you’re grabbing a cannoli from Presti’s, enjoying a classic Italian meal at Mama Santa’s, or taking in the murals and galleries along the streets, Little Italy offers an authentic, charming, and walkable experience. This vibrant area, part of the greater University Circle district, is also home to Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, making it a perfect location for visitors of all kinds. I’ve been hosting guests from near and far since 2011. As a one-man operation—from CEO to janitor to cleaning crew—I take pride in providing a personal touch that large management companies just cannot match.
