Master suite with King bed in a 4 br 3 bath 3,000 SF home tucked away in a gated community in beautiful La Quinta, Ca. Open floor plan with tile floors and carpet in the bedroom. Beautiful pebble tech pool and spa with swim deck and waterfall. The suite comes equipped with a brand new 55" smart TV with access to over 20+ apps and features for those relaxing nights in. Additionally, the suite hosts a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom and shower with plush towels and fresh toiletries. The space The home has a "French Farmhouse" design interior and is nicely appointed with a mix of coastal and modern art. We have a 4-year old (very friendly/non-barking) Siberian Husky named Ella-Roo. She is well behaved and never goes inside the guest suite. Unfortunately we do not allow other pets inside the home. We encourage our guests to interact with her at your comfort level, but please do not take her outside of the house. You will find that she keeps mostly to herself, unless you give her treats or belly rubs :) There are community walking trails/paths as well as community soccer nets for use during the cooler months. The community is well lit and access controlled, a private security code is required for entry into the community. The home itself is also access controlled for ease of use and we will provide you a door code upon arrival. On-site parking is free and complimentary storage inside our secured garage is available for your leisure items at your request. Our HOA limits our vehicles we are allowed to have parked onsite, so only one car per reservation is allowed. If additional parking is required please contact us ahead of time. The home is professionally cleaned on a routine basis and the guest suite is cleaned and sanitized after every guest departs. In an effort to protect ourselves, our community, and our guests, we do ask that your refrain from traveling if you are feeling ill. During these challenging times we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and our community and ask that you notify us if you become ill during your stay. There are several shared spaces within the home and we ask that you treat it like it is your own while you are here. We love to cook, and we encourage our guests to feel free to use the kitchen as they wish, we only ask that you clean your dishes and place them in the dishwasher when you are finished :) We only rent out the one suite so you will be the only guests staying here besides my fiance and myself. Guest access Guests have access to the common/shared areas. This includes the kitchen, living room, backyard with pool and spa, as well as the laundry room. Please be respectful when using the laundry amenities and only use what you need, we provide the laundry as a courtesy and appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the home, this is for the safety and security of everyone in the home and to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment for everyone. During your stay Either my fiance or myself will be here to greet you and make sure your check-in goes smoothly. It is a very large house and your private suite is on the opposite end of the residence so privacy is not a concern. We love hosting guests and hearing about their travels and adventures. We are both avid travelers and welcome the opportunity for conversation or drinks by the pool (if you wish). Our goal is to make sure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay while you visit our home. Other things to note This is a drug-free home. We ask that you please be respectful of our space and our community. Additionally, we already have a dog here at the house so unfortunately we don’t allow other pets in the home.
