The fully equipped home has 3-bedrooms (7 beds) and 3-bathrooms and will comfortably fit families who want to get away for an extended weekend. Outdoor activities include: large private heated swimming pool (36' x 18' and 4-8' deep), hot tub, pickleball/basketball/badminton court, putting green, trampoline, corn hole, fire pit. Inside there are a variety of video games to choose from, including Ms. Pacman, Galaga, Marvel pinball, and Xbox. Low-tech options include watching movies, playing board games, karaoke, or jigsaw puzzles. The large dining room table is perfect for these activities. The large fully-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream with a Wolf 6-burner gas stovetop, and Viking oven and microwave. There is also a Weber BBQ on the deck, making it perfect for grilling year-round. The dining room has a 10-person dining table for big family dinners, board games, cards, or jigsaw puzzles. The family room has a wood stove for cozy winter nights in front of the fire. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cozy propane fireplace, a 55" smart TV and a quiet sitting area with a queen-size sofa bed. The two other bedrooms will easily accommodate kids of all ages, or extended family and friends. One bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, and a single bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed. In-between the bedrooms is a full bathroom as well as laundry facilities. The large family room has a 65" Smart TV with an Xbox One and lots of movies. The heated pool is 38' long x 18' wide. It is 4' deep on each end and 8' deep in the middle. Pool is open from April - October but can be made available outside of those dates for an additional fee. The hot-tub is open year-round and will accommodate 7-people. Both the hot tub and pool have lights for nighttime swimming. The fire-pit is perfect for a campfire and roasting marshmallows. The pool house has a fridge and cupboards for poolside snacks, and a toilet so no need to run into the main house when you are soaking wet. We have Starlink Internet which provides great download and upload speeds. Note #1: Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property or on the street. This is smoke free home, and we want to keep it that way for our family and our guests. Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine, your reservation will automatically be cancelled, and you will be asked to leave the property. Note #2: No pets on the property. Guest access You will have access to the full house and grounds except for the following areas: * garage & fenced-in area by the garage * shed (on the pool deck) * three closets in the house * pool controls Other things to note Please be respectful of the house rules and number of people permitted. You are also responsible for all of your guests. We love hosting families but will not tolerate guests that intentionally violate the house rules.
