Our lovely beach house is located just 3 blocks to the water of Aransas Bay and a 5 minute drive to Rockport Beach which is amazing for kids with its shallow waters and small waves. Enjoy fishing? Then Rockport is the place for you. Bring your boat! Kid and dog friendly + open to all couples. This is a Covid safe house. It is sanitized after each stay plus keyless access. We can’t wait for you to visit. The space The Blue Pearl is located just 3 blocks to the water of Aransas Bay and a 5 minute drive to Rockport beach which is amazing for kids. Wake up and grab coffee from the Daily Grind in the Rockport Heritage District and check out the cute shops for all your beach gear. Our double deck offers a ton of outdoor seating + views of sunrise and sunset. Use our grill to cook up fish after a day on the water or fresh shrimp from the marina. Eat dinner on the top deck and enjoy the cool coastal breezes of Rockport. Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms which will sleep 7 people & 2 full bathrooms. WiFi and Roku TV plus the most comfortable couches! Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking appliances, pots and pans. Use the washer and dryer as you need. The entire living area is fenced in with a separate fence just for the grass area which will keep your dogs safe and happy. All stairways have locking gates to keep your kids safe too! The kitchen has also been set up with child locks that can be activated as needed! Our oversized driveway can easily hold 6 Cars. Bring your boat, there’s plenty of room! And don’t forget your basketball for a game of horse after the beach. Guest access Full access to the house.
