Little Brown House

This small, modest house is in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood. The house is centrally located to uptown, downtown, and midtown Kingston. A car is strongly recommended. This is a great place if you need a place to stay in town while you are here on business or visiting family. The space One note of caution: Ceiling heights are fairly low and the entrance from the dining area to the living room may require ducking if you are a six-footer. Since this was originally a mobile home many of the fixtures are small. If you are vertically challenged this place would be perfect for you. Guest access You will have access to the entire main interior but are asked not to use the doors leading to the basement or the garage except in the event of the need for an emergency exit. Other things to note A starter supply of coffee, tea, some breakfast basics, and snacks will be provided. You can help yourself to any items in the refrigerator or pantry. Refrigerator and pantry items are there for you to use if you wish to use them. For longer stays, you can replace pantry items with a like-kind item. Parking is in the driveway
