The space Cottage #1 is the front cottage with spectacular views of the lake from all sides. The cottage features a full screened in porch, living room, fully stocked kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom. The common areas of the property including the beach are shared with other guests, however, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the shared amenities. Among amenities, the property features a large sandy area by the beach, a kids' favorite! The property has a large green space in between the cottages and the shoreline that hosts multiple lounge chairs, picnic tables, private charcoal barbecues, one large community fire pit, hammocks, kayaks, and enough room to have fun with friends and family. Feel like getting out on the water? We have 116' feet of private lakefront with a large dock, so bring your boat! We have 3 mooring lines / buoys able to accommodate a boat up to 30' and plenty of space for boat trailer parking. The nearest boat launch is located less than 5 minutes away. Cruise the Inland Waterway seamlessly from the private dock or just enjoy the lake locally! Don't own a boat or don't feel like trailering it, ask us about the availability of our rental pontoon or our tin fishing boat with a motor.
