You will be given a unique door code prior to your trip. This code will unlock the door to the suite for your stay. The code is changed for every booking. Entire space and building amenities are included in this rental. What’s included? We include the basics: towels, soap, toilet paper, linens, coffee machine We DO NOT include: coffee beans, food, personal effects etc We’ve cut out paper towels to reduce our environmental impact, and we have replaced paper towel with kitchen towels. Other things to note The Renter agrees to and must read the instructions and regulations and communicate them to the members of their party and their guests. 1: NO PETS + No event/party will be hosted in Suite #848. 2)Do not exceed the maximum permitted capacity. 3)clean the kitchen, put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you checkout. 6) Discard garbage in garbage cans and transfer to the outside bins provided for this purpose. 7) Do not throw anything into the washbasins, toilets or tubs that can obstruct the pipes, otherwise the costs of repairing them will be at the expense of the renter. 8) Lock doors and windows when you are away. 9) The renter will be charged for any damage or extra cleaning that the renter has caused in Suite #848 and Suite de la Gare due to his/her negligence. 10) The renter is responsible for Suite #848 and its contents. In addition, the renter assumes full responsibility for those to whom he/she allows access. The renter and his/her guest should not disturb the peace of neighboring residents or break down any equipment, accessories, furniture, or any other property in Suite de la Gare. 11) Under no circumstances will the host be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss or theft suffered by the renter, members of his/her party and/or his/her guests. 12) Suite #848 is non-smoking which includes: cigarette, cigar, Vapes,Cannabis,pipes, etc In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness. *We do not provide any firewood or propane.* We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels.
