The space College Heights is a very quiet residential overlooking downtown Nanaimo. Tucked away in the hillside you feel like you are not just 5 minutes from the downtown or 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. With nature at your backdoor & views to the coast & mainland out front, it is a perfect quiet hideaway, close to all ammenities. Guest access Naturally with views like we have, we are located on a hill. Driveway up with plenty of turn around space & parking in covered carport. Open your vehicle door & immediately enter into the front entrance & private entrance into your inviting & comfortable suite. Your space is completely private except for shared laundry. Other things to note Although new to Air BNB we are not new to the hosting & property management industry. This suite has recently been rented for the past month to an immigration consultant's clients. A medical health professional couple that are in process of immigrating to Nanaimo & opening their cancer radiology clinic have been extremely happy staying here & can provide reference.
