New Basement Apartment with Movie Room Near Zion

Ready to swap your regular life for some R&R in beautiful Southern Utah? This brand-new apartment is the perfect home base for exploring Zion National Park and the surrounding area. Kick back after a day of hiking on the spacious patio or cozy up with a Netflix show in the movie room. Our two bedrooms feature 3 beds and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The driveway also offers plenty of space to park. And we’re just a quick drive from the restaurants in Springdale and several trailheads. The space Whether you’re heading to Zion with family or friends, our 2-bedroom apartment provides just the right amount of privacy and plenty of shared space to make memories that will last a lifetime. From whipping up breakfast in the kitchenette before a gorgeous day of hiking to gazing up at the stars from the patio chairs, this cozy accommodation has it all. This apartment is located on the lower level of a two-level duplex, so you’ll have to go down a couple stairs to enter the unit. Please be mindful that there may be guests staying in the upstairs apartment, so save the hootin’ and hollerin’ for when you’re celebrating reaching the summit on a hike. The only thing you’ll share is the ceiling/floor between the two units - no living spaces are shared. The apartment includes two private bedrooms: one with two queen-size beds and the other with one queen-size bed, plus storage space, a sink, and a vanity area in each. There is one full bathroom with a toilet and a shower. All of the furnishings are new, so you get to enjoy that new furniture smell. You know, like new car smell, but in an apartment. In the common area, we have a kitchenette with a full-size fridge and freezer (perfect for post-hike snacks!), a microwave (so you can reheat take-out), and a sink and countertop. The appliances are sparkling clean and new. There’s a dining table with seating for 4 and two comfy couches which make great spots for afternoon naps. In the movie room, we have a TV and a Netflix account, so you can binge on your latest show obsession. Outside, you can let the young’uns (or the young at heart) run wild in the yard, where spectacular mountain views greet you. Forget about traffic sounds and noisy neighbors - you might just hear crickets and birds in this quiet area, best enjoyed from the patio. But for the 21st-century folk, we understand that you may not want to completely disconnect from modern life. We have Netflix in the movie room and fast WiFi available throughout the apartment so you can keep in touch with loved ones and flood their inboxes with Zion photos. Guest access During your stay, you’ll have complete access to the lower level apartment. Feel free to park in the driveway and enjoy the patio too! We hope you feel completely at home here. Other things to note This isn’t Vegas, so our neighbors enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially between 10PM and 6AM.
