Sleek, glossy flooring and quintessential PS artwork welcome you inside the 1,700-square-foot abode, which offers an open floor plan to easily accommodate all of your travel companions! 'The Amarillo Palm Springs' boasts numerous windows that allow ample desert light to shine through, highlighting its colorful modern design and providing stunning views of the pool and mountains beyond. The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream and features waterfall Corian counters, a pop of color from the sparkling turquoise glass tile, all updated appliances, and is naturally lit by the sun shining through the sliding glass doors. Take advantage of sunny California days by heading outside to enjoy your meal in the outdoor dining areas. With an above-ground spa (heated free of charge for all guests), ample outdoor seating, a dual BBQ charcoal/gas grill, dining table and a sparkling private pool ($50/nt heating fee)- all surrounded by mountain views - the backyard will quickly become your favorite haven to unwind in! While waiting for dinner, kick back and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV with Roku as you lounge on the comfortable sofa and chairs in the living area. Once your meal is ready, head to the white-top parsons dining table with 6 retro chairs (or the lovely outdoor dining area) to enjoy a feast with your loved ones. Once tropical cocktails have been sipped, s'mores have been toasted at the fire pit, and tired eyes begin to close, head back inside to claim your spot in one of the plush beds. Rinse off in one of 2 pristine modern bathrooms with gorgeous walk-in showers and vanities before tucking the kids in for bed and drifting into a peaceful slumber on the comfy king or queen bed. The house is also entirely enclosed from front to back yard by the yellow gates, limiting anyone getting near the house (aside form the gardener and pool guy). FIRST DAY OF PAID POOL HEAT WILL TYPICALLY BE FOR WARMING UP ONLY, THE POOL WOULD NOT TYPICALLY BE WARM ON ARRIVAL UNLESS AN EXTRA NIGHT OF HEATING IN ADVANCE OF STAY HAS BEEN ARRANGED AND PAID FOR PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. BIKES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE IN OPERATIONAL CONDITION DEPENDENT ON PREVIOUS GUEST TREATMENT AND DAMAGES, NOR GUARANTEED TO BE IN MAINTAINED CONDITION AT ANY GIVEN TIME. BIKES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING COACHELLA OR STAGECOACH.
