Sugarloaf Vineyards Hill House is a beautiful home located on a Hilltop above our vineyards. The home, designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors boasts magnificent 360 views from the property with the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains front and center. The property abuts the Rattlesnake Hills. immediately behind the home. There are several world class wineries and may outdoor activities within minutes of the home. Guests are welcome to hike, bike and walk the farm property. The space The home is a great place for family gatherings both inside and out. The upstairs is a 360 windowed loft area that is great for taking in the surrounding views. Ground level has a theater area with gas fireplace , den and office area with fireplace and a large open dining area adjacent to the kitchen with a gas parlor stove as well. The house is served by a domestic well with excellent quality water, bring bottled water only if you prefer it. The outside has large wood decks , BBQ and dining area with ample seating for more relaxation. On the ground floor the master suite has a large private bathroom and the other 2 comfortable bedrooms have 2 adjacent bathrooms. The upstairs loft has a large table and area for games and taking in the views along with 2 bedrooms with an adjacent bathroom . Beautiful landscaped grounds surround the home. There is ample outside parking along with a 2 car garage if needed. Guest access The whole home and yard space is for guests. Other things to note We have a motion activated video camera and light mounted on the garage to notify us of guest arrivals and provide additional light when checking in. We can only view the parking area out to the shop. A farm shop is adjacent to the home (200 feet away) but activity is very limited and non-intrusive to house guests. There is ample parking for guests, and we ask that you don't block our access to the shop if needed.
