Downstairs is an open area including a living and a dining spaces, a kitchen, a half bath, and a laundry. Living room has a sitting area with two couches and an armchair (3/2/1). The couch is a pull-out and turns into a queen bed, sleeping two additional guests. Brand new 65-inch HDTV sits over an open shelf unit, allowing for some storage and decorations. Kitchen is fully equipped, and includes plenty of cabinets, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a brand new fridge. Plenty of new wine glasses, dishes, and other utensils. There is an electric kettle, a blender, and a new Nespresso machine – all to make your stay here truly One Happy Getaway! Guest access This gated community offers free private parking. The shared amenities include two pools with waterfalls, outdoor showers, multiple gazebos with outdoor furniture providing much needed shade, a grill, and an indoor gym. All common areas are very clean and well maintained. They are also rarely crowded - most days, you will be enjoying the space by yourself. Private entrance to the unit. Other things to note Eagle Beach is simply the best. Wide space, amazing white sand… the turquoise water is perfectly transparent and usually calm. No large condos around, and the beach is never crowded. There are permanent palapas for shade (they are free!), you can bring your own beach chairs or rent the lounge chairs on the beach. It is wonderfully tranquil…. And it’s only a few steps from our condo! Very convenient for enjoying the beach in the morning and late afternoon and returning home during the hottest midday time. Sunsets are incredible in Aruba, and Eagle Beach is a great place to appreciate them!... Never the same, and always amazing! We provide beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and beach-friendly bottles and glasses. Just bring your favorite drinks, sit by the whispering water, and feel all your worries melting away!
