The newly built house has 4 beautiful suites with air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi, king size beds and access to the balcony overlooking the sea. Living room with 70" smart TV, air conditioning, sofa and wooden table. Full kitchen equipped with the main utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals. Swimming pool with whirlpool surrounded by wooden deck with sun loungers, chairs and umbrella. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in every room in the house. Guest access Exclusive and unrestricted access to the entire property. Other things to note The house is 60 meters from the beach and the famous "Natural Pools" of Taipús de Fora. We provide bed and bath linens, cleaning and maid service at no additional cost. If requested, we can provide a crib for babies.
