The Lodge: ** The Great Room, with a 30-ft Vaulted Ceiling, lots of Windows & Skylights, Massive Stone Fireplace and Comfy U-Shaped Couch set the tone & mission for the Mink Hollow Lodge – which is welcoming, fun and all encompassing! The adjoining Kitchen includes an Island is conveniently located in the center so the cooks are never left out of the action! The adjacent Dining Room protrudes out and provides 3 Walls of Glass offering an Exceptional Dining Experience surrounded by nature! ** The Fun Stuff. All the bedrooms are spacious and two of the four include 20 ft. vaulted ceilings. All include nice linens & plush down comforters and everything needed to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep! A must see is Kaatterskill Falls (one of the highest waterfalls in the state), North Lake/South Lake (offers swimming, boat rentals i.e. kayaks, canoes, row boats, fishing and amazing hiking!), The Escarpment Trail, the former home of the Catskill Mountain House, an abandoned (but restored!) train station and more. Visit Hunter Mountain and try out their Zipline system, Mountain Bike down their trails (lift serve access) or enjoy a relaxing ride on the Sky Ride (chair lift). The area feature music concerts year round and other arts & entertainment gatherings.
