Wonderfully equipped condo in the Colorado mountains of Summit County! Frisco has so much to offer from world class skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, Lake Dillon, shops and restaurants, all at your fingertips. The condo is in a quiet complex within walking distance of Main Street, has onsite laundry, tennis court and covered parking. There are 8 of Colorado's premier ski areas within 30 miles of Frisco. The space The living room has a lot of comfortable seating options to either look out at the views or chill by the gas fireplace while watching the flat screen TV. Sleeping arrangements as follows: 1) the master bedroom sleeps 2 (queen bed) 2) the living room sleeps 2 (queen sofa bed) In addition to all the readily available outdoor activities this space is arranged for working remotely, writing or just enjoying peace and quiet. Main features to help you make your decision include: -Centrally located to premier skiing resorts and hiking trails within walking distance, including Rainbow Lake Trail right out the back door. -A short walk to Main Street and Lake Dillon. -On the bike path (in the backyard!) -Covered parking: one assigned underground spot. Plenty of guest parking uncovered. -Gas fireplace -Comfortable furniture -Terrace Views of Mt Royal, Peak One and the Ten Mile Range -Laundrymat in pool area (bring your quarters!) -WIFI high speed internet available exclusively to your unit. -Flatscreen TV in living room -Keyless entry system to come and go (no need to keep track of keys). Guest access Parking includes a designated covered spot, and plenty of uncovered parking if you have more than one vehicle. We can also accommodate large campers and motor homes. If you are bringing a large RV type vehicle, please let us know so we can get you a pass from the HOA. Other things to note Unfortunately the clubhouse facilities sometimes break. If this happens during your stay, we will not be able to refund you as this is out of our control. We appreciate your understanding. We can however confirm if it is working or not when you make your reservation.
