During peak season, 2 RV's may share the same lot, each with their own separate hookups. The space is rocked and level. You are just minutes away from all amenities. There is water, sewer and 50 amp power service available. Coaches with only 30 amp power will need to own a power reducer. Monthly guests will be billed for their actual power useage. there is no trash service provided, however the city of Yuma provides a free dump close by. Other things to note Power water and Sewer services are provided for nightly and weekly guests. Monthly bookings by guests will be responsible for their electricity usage and will be billed as an extra expense. There are no trash services provided by host, there is however a free dump site nearby provided by the city of Yuma
