Buck's Wiley Stream Retreat is located amidst beautiful vistas, nearby hikes, winter skiing, and Gatlinburg's bustling downtown. Nestled in the heart of Chalet Village within Tennessee's Great Smoky Mountains, this haven is ideal for couples, families, and solo adventurers. You’ll love the natural surroundings! The space Wake up to a beautiful sunrise reflecting images upon the stream below, while surrounding yourself in the sights and sounds of nature. Buck's Wiley Stream Retreat offers an open concept living area with a smoke-free stone fireplace, and balcony overlooking a perpetual mountain stream. The lofted master suite has a king-sized bed, smoke-free fireplace, and full bath which boasts an adjoining 2-person jetted garden tub. The main level bedroom offers a queen bed and full hall bath. The full sized kitchen is stocked with the basic essentials: cookware (under and beside the stove), dishware and utensils, as well as a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, slow cooker is in kitchen closet, George Foreman grill and popcorn maker (check the cabinet above the stove). Paper towels and dish linens are furnished for the kitchen. The one cabinet next to the refrigerator has two shelves intentionally left empty for use as your food storage pantry. Natural bath (towels and washcloths are under vanity sink) and bed linens, as well as, earth-friendly liquid hand and dish soaps are also supplied. (Electric dishwasher soap and scrubber are under the sink). Hand sanitizer is conveniently displayed on the Foyer welcome table. Natural disinfectant spray and counter wipes are located in the kitchen closet, if you feel the need to sanitize during your stay. The common area offers a seasonal swimming pool which closes Labor Day and re-opens Memorial Day weekend. Beach towels are located in master closet during the season. There is a charcoal grill area, and year-round mountain stream in the common salon area. We aim to offer a comfortable and relaxing experience for our guests. Available for our guests are free WiFi, Netflix, and Roku video streaming (TV, Netflix, & Amazon Prime capable). Guest access Guests will have full access to the condo (enjoy that jetted garden tub), community grounds, salon area featuring the seasonal pool (Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day. Beach towels are located in the upstairs master closet during the season), common charcoal grills, year-round small waterfall stream, and coin-operated laundry room in the lower level of the building. Other things to note You may see Black Bears and natural wildlife in the area. Due to this, it is crucial to dispose of food trash in the parking lot dumpster, which has a secure chain latch. Please do not leave food or drink containers inside your vehicle! Bears can open vehicle doors, so make sure yours is locked.
