This charming and cozy home is a perfect blend of convenience and comfort, located near business centers and the natural outdoors. Close by shopping and entertainment centers, parks, and restaurants with a short drive or bus ride to anywhere in the greater Seattle area. This suite is ideal for a vacation, business trip, or for a relaxing get-away. It is sanitized and aired out between every guest. Please message me if you have any questions! The space - This suite features 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and a large open floor plan living room with a full sized futon bed with kapok mattress (it only set up for booking with 3 or more 2 guests). -Full kitchen with cookware and basic amenities -The large common area is fitted with high-speed internet, a smart TV and plenty of space for working, dining and relaxation! - Quick and easy access - No stairs and steps; flat and leveled ground - Private entrance and a lovely backyard in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Guests have the patio with chairs and their side of the backyard. - This is the lower level of the home. We do live upstairs and are available to help you with anything. You may have as much or no interactions with us as you wish. - We do live upstairs and have a small dog. You may occasionally hear footsteps and barking- we try our best to keep noise to a minimum. Please let us know if you have any noise concerns! - The house has a centralized heating system. We provide a fan and heater for your personal preferences. Feel free to let us know if you would like the temperature adjusted! Guest access We have a self check in system that is simple and fast! On the day of check in we will provide a code that you can use to enter the suite via the private entrance. - Free parking on street in front of the house Various bus routes nearby and it is also a close drive to I-520, I-90, or I-405. Ideal for guests want to get around Redmond, Kirkland, Seattle. - 5 mins from the Microsoft campus - 6 mins to Crossroads (lots of dining and grocery options) - 9 mins to Downtown Redmond - 13 mins to Downtown Bellevue - 13 mins to the T-Mobile Headquarters - 20 mins to Seattle viz 520 Natural Trails: ~10 minutes walk to Bellevue Warm Up Trail (Ardmore Park Trail) ~15 minutes walk to Redmond Viewpoint Open Space Trail (Tam O'Shanter Part trail) Other things to note - STRICTLY NO parties, events, or pets are allowed in this home. - The fireplace is not functional
