No commercial video, or filming without the consent of owner. Our guests will have access the the entire estate. The cabin sits on 62 gorgeous acres adjacent to the Cumberland plateau and Old Hickory Lake. There is a fire pit available with benches for over 10 people. There are two master suites with private bathrooms and the third bedroom is an open loft overlooking the living room space. The cabin is equipped with smart T.V's in each bedroom and living room. We offer Netflix and Amazon Fire TV. We do not have local cable TV. The estate is monitored by outside security cameras. No house parties. No filming or video without consent from owner. There will be a caretaker that will be near the property that will be taking care of the animals. The cabin is two miles from the Shady Chapel Boat dock with lake access. No pubic Transportation is available near the cabin. If traveling from the Nashville Airport Uber or Lyft is normally $50 to the cabin. If transportation is needed to go downtown it can be arranged.
