Enjoy a lake front cottage. Lake Hamlin is a great place to fish, ski, tube or just kick back and relaxing. Have a glass of wine on your private screened in porch. Bring your fishing boat or pontoon boat. We are perfectly situated just 3 miles to the State Park and just 5 miles to town. Swan offers WiFi and a full private kitchen, living/dinning room, 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do. The space Have a bonfire at the fire pit or enjoy the Gathering Place, where you can play a game or gather on a rainy day. A fish cleaning station is located on the property to clean the catch of the day and of course the beautiful private sandy beach. There is a park located right across the street, where there is a boat launch and a playground with swings. There is a gas grill that take small propane bottles(not provided). Swan is nestled in a small community of houses. Swan is a duplex with a mirror image next door, Dove. Ludington is a great place to ride bikes. We are close enough to town and the State Park to take a ride. Take a ride down to the Dairy Cream for ice cream or down to Cartier Park for a ride on the trails. Guest access You will have 2 Kayaks and 2 paddle boards to play with on your vacation. They are shared with just the other 1/2 of the duplex. You have access to a the lake, sandy beach, a marina, a Gathering space, a fire pit, and picnic tables. There is also a boat slip that you can use for $150 for the week (up to 18’). Other things to note There is a window air conditioning unit in the Livingroom.
