Family-Friendly Seaside Oasis! 2 min walk to waves

Stunning Seaside Home with 3 bedrooms (2 King beds and 4 twin beds) and 3 full bathrooms... only a one-minute walk to the beach! All private: hot tub, firepit, 2 patios, kids toys, crib, surfboards, outdoor lounges, BBQ, parking, laundry and more, right at the Pier and border of Marina del Rey. A true oasis, private and secluded, in safe and bustling Venice Pier area, lots of restaurants and shops just outside this gated property. The space OVERVIEW: Sleeping- There are three bedrooms, and two of them have cal king beds (the non-master has crib as well, extra pack n play also available), and the third bedroom has a trundle bed which is two separate twin beds, and a bunk bed which is another two separate twin beds. Baths- 3 full bathrooms (all have showers over traditional bathtubs, baby tubs also available) Outside- 2 different outside areas: back deck with seating and hammock, and front patio with dining table, lounge seating, fire pit, hot tub and BBQ. Grand Room... open kitchen/living room with dining area. DETAILS: The Back Deck has relaxing papasan seating, sofas and jumbo hammock, all just across the street from the world-famous Venice Canals. This space is ideal for lounging with coffee in the morning, and has extra-thick green 'grass', perfect for bare feet! The Master bedroom has a brand-new California King bed and high-end bedding, private entrance, attached 'en-suite' private bathroom with spa-style shower and tub, sliding glass doors to the back patio, and walk-in closet. One of the highly-rated twin size roll-away beds can be set up in the room if needed. Second bedroom has a California King bed, huge closet, crib and pack n play, plus a full bathroom just across the hall. The home offers a complete laundry center with a new washer and dryer, plus Game Nook with beach cooler, beach towels, toys and games including a beach tote, cart, and loads of boogie boards. Downstairs bedroom has 4 twin beds (a bunk bed set plus a trundle bed which can be set as 2 twins or another king), a large closet, tv, private entrance via the French doors which lead out to the garage, and full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. The living room and kitchen/dining room is open-concept. The dining room offers a table set for 6 but has two built-in leaves that pop out and extend the table in seconds for larger groups. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, tumblers, plateware and flatware... all that is needed for a great dining experience. There is a built in microwave, the range is gas, and there is a coffee maker, bean grinder, kettle, toaster, and other handy appliances. The living room has a beautiful huge sectional and amazing french doors to the front patio, as well as a great view of the massive television. The kitchen island allows for easy food prep and storage, plus has 2 stools for additional seating options. The fantastic wine refrigerator can chill your refreshments to the perfect temperature! The outdoor deck is ideal for SoCal relaxing... complete with an alfresco dining table for 8, circular daybed, loads of pillows, propane fire pit (no mess, no smoke, no work!), beautiful hot tub, big bbq for outdoor grilling, and additional seating with cocktail table. There is a gated garage with parking for 2 cars. If there is an oversized vehicle, there is a 3rd spot available outside the garage. Guest access You and your group will have full access to the entire home and yard; there are no shared spaces in the home or in any of the patios/yard, and the hot tub is not shared. The only shared space is the parking garage on the ground floor and 2 spaces are reserved for your convenience. We have disabled the locks on the three bedroom doors in the Condo, but all 3 bathrooms have locking door. Other things to note There are strict City ordinances which we as hosts, and our guests, must abide by. Our short-term permit can be revoked by the city if these rules are violated so the City of Los Angeles and Airbnb work together on enforcement of "responsible hosting". To abide by the rules of responsible hosting, any violations by guests or visitors of guests of House Rules, city noise ordinance, or neighbors complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
