Beautiful, modern six bedroom / six bathroom condo; views of the ocean and downtown from three large balconies; minimum stay 3-7 nights (depending on the season); located on the beach / boardwalk block in the center of Rehoboth Beach. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and lots of activities. Price per night varies during on-off season. Seven night minimum stay required with a 30 day cancellation policy late June through August when weekly rates apply. Please contact owner for specifics. *Providing a clean and safe space is my priority so I went the extra mile and invested in an electrostatic disinfection by Germ Defense Delaware. Google this company to learn more about their hospital/medical-grade disinfection treatment. This means that regular disinfecting cleaning (done after each guest stay) does not harm the invisible germ barrier throughout the condo. In the heart of downtown Rehoboth's shopping and dining experience. I provide parking for three cars in my parking lot. Additional cars will need to purchase parking passes for street parking. Guests might be interested in getting around on the Jolly Trolley PROPERTY CONDITION / SECURITY DEPOSIT 1. Please check the home for cleanliness and damage upon arrival. You agree to leave the condo in arrival condition. No physical damage, condo and balconies neat and tidy, dishes washed and put away, food removed from the refrigerator unless considered nonperishable (can leave for next tenant). All sheets are to be removed from the beds and at least one load should be started in the washer. Remove trash & recyclables from the house and empty into assigned condo dumpsters in the rear of the building. 3. The security deposit will also be used to cover any extra charges incurred due to early arrival or late departure from the condo without prior consent and if excessive cleaning is required after your stay. 4. $25 will be deducted to replace each missing key. 5. If damage or losses exceed your security deposit, guests understand that the owner will bill for any shortfall. If payment is not made, the owner may exercise her legal options to collect the shortfall. What To Bring For your convenience, bed linens, bath towels, starter paper towel and toilet paper rolls are provided. Vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, dustpan and cleaning products are provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SANITIZING WIPES FOR USE DURING YOUR STAY. Suggested items for personal use that are NOT provided in rental: Beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, additional paper towels, toilet paper, umbrellas, food, personal cleaning supplies, entertainment (games, toys, puzzles, movies) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / TERMS OF AGREEMENT: 1. Our cleaning company has a very tight schedule in order to provide a sanitary and clean home. If you check in early without approval by the owner, the cleaning company WILL NOT go in and clean the home due to liability. The owner is not responsible for the cleanliness of the condo if this happens. 2. NO SMOKING inside the condo. 3. There is no landline phone available. 4. Ownership: Tenant(s) understand that the dwelling is privately owned and is being made available for rent. Tenant agrees to be responsible for any damages to the dwelling, grounds, and furnishings caused by the tenant’s and/or their guest’s negligence occurring during their tenancy. Owner may cancel vacation at any time if home is ever deemed unlivable due to fire, flooding or events beyond our control. If this was to ever occur, tenants will receive entire payment back as soon as possible. 5. While in the condo you will be able to contact the Owner, who acts as the property manager, at any time with questions, concerns, or problems. 6. Owner is not responsible for any injuries or death that occur within the neighborhood or condo. The tenants understand that they are fully responsible for their minors, guests, and visitors even in their absence. 7. The OWNER SETS SPECIFIC RULES as listed on the contract. She enforces these rules, and may evict renters and their guests when they are exceeded. Large gatherings, house parties, etc., are strictly forbidden. Subletting is not permitted. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to this vacation rental, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the vacation rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental with process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time. 8. Occupancy: It is agreed that the leased premises are limited for occupancy (number of guests agreed to upon booking confirmation) and the occupancy in excess thereof shall constitute cause for termination of this lease and eviction of tenant at the option of the Owner. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind. Guests hereby acknowledge and grant specific permission to Owner or her designee to enter the premises at any time for inspection purposes. Guests further agree to grant the Owner access to rental property for purposes of maintenance and repair. 9. It is the owner’s intention to provide all basic necessities and amenities as advertised. There are some instances that are beyond her control therefore, all small and large appliances, cable, internet connection, and televisions are courtesy of the owner, and in the event of unforeseen failure, replacement during your stay is not guaranteed and no refunds will be provided. Owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that items in the condo will be and remain in good working order. If repair is necessary, repair personnel may be scheduled during your stay to fix any situations that have arisen. 10. This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. The property is described in detail to the best of her ability, but she cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice upon arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location. 11. If the tenant violates any of the conditions or restrictions of this agreement, all or any part of the security deposit may be forfeited. 12. THE OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings while at the vacation rental. The owner will be held harmless of any injury while staying at her property.
