Residents and tenants have assigned parking as there is a shared driveway. * ON FOOT : The place is just a quick walk away from all things in the Village including the Erie Canal, local shops and restaurants . *BY CAR: Drive into the village to have your fun- there are several areas to park nearest where you're going. Quick commute to nearby places like Target & Wegmans (5 min), the City of Rochester (16 min), Village of Penfield, Eastview Mall (12 min). *ON-SITE PARKING: There's a room for 1 vehicle allowed to park on-site. Please note you cannot park on the street. *BY BUS: The nearest bus stop is under a 5 minute walk away, at the corner of Main St. and Whitney Rd. Our team is available by phone, text or booking platform. Our preferred mode of communication is via the booking platform you have selected. Several of us help to manage the communication so to ensure our most prompt response time, platform messaging is the way to go. As far as physical interactions, we like to provide privacy. On the off chance that something needs to be fixed or replaced during your stay we may swing by ourselves or send one of our maintenance personal to remediate the issue. The Village of Fairport is renowned in Rochester for its beautiful Canalside location. Visit the canal for a jog or walk, dine at on of the area restaurants, or grab a brew at one of the 3 area-famous breweries nearby! The property is part of a 4-Unit home and you will be sharing the driveway and porch area with our long-term tenants. Please be respectful! Noise does travel between units, so please be mindful of that. *We’re right in the vicinity (and earshot) of train tracks that are active during the day and at night providing some beautiful and nostalgic “white noise” at all times of day *Identity verification is required along with a legitimate photo ID and prior positive host review. Failure to have all these does not meet the requirement to book the listing * We are currently going through some light renovations which we are excited to deliver on. You may see some unfinished corners or drywall before its completed but all things are improving.
