Right in the Village of Fairport and across the street from locals' favorite breweries & distillery. -Walkable to Erie Canal path, shops, and several bar & restaurant options. -16 minute to Downtown Rochester -10 mins to St. John Fisher & Nazareth College Small and simple is the name of this studio while providing all the essentials for your stay. *Note we are professionally cleaned and sanitized* The space This is a small, simple, and cute studio that features: -Parking for 1 vehicle -Full-Sized Bed -Desk for Remote Work -TV with ability for smart app sign-in -Shared Front Porch -Kitchen with Fridge and Basic Cooking Needs -Toiletries including Shampoo & Conditioner Provided -Coffee and Oatmeal Provided (we provide a day's worth of k-cups- bring more if you'd like!) - Shared refuse and recycling which can be found by the garage next to apartment 3 about 1/2 up the driveway The apartment is part of a unique multi unit property, some of which are home to local residents, and two of which are Airbnb units. Residents and tenants have assigned parking as there is a shared driveway. Guest access *ON-SITE PARKING: There's a room for 1 vehicle allowed to park on-site. Please note you cannot park on the street. *ON FOOT : The place is just a quick walk away from all things in the Village including the Erie Canal, local shops and restaurants . *BY BUS: The nearest bus stop is under a 5 minute walk away, at the corner of Main St. and Whitney Rd. *BY CAR: Drive into the village to have your fun- there are several areas to park nearest where you're going. Quick commute to nearby places like Target & Wegmans (5 min), the City of Rochester (16 min), Village of Penfield, Eastview Mall (12 min). Other things to note There is a family that lives on site , as well as other Airbnb guests so please be mindful that although your space is yours, the premises are utilized by others as well. Noise does travel between units, so please be mindful of that. We’re right in the vicinity (and earshot) of train tracks that are active during the day and at night providing some beautiful and nostalgic “white noise” at all times of day We are currently going through some light renovations which we are excited to deliver on. You may see some unfinished corners or drywall before its completed but all things are improving. Lastly, in the Spring and Summer months, we tend to see some ants making their way indoors. We do treat the interior and exterior regularly, but they can be stubborn creatures.
