The space Situated on the 2nd floor of an old Viennese building (elevator available), the 50m2 apartment consists of 2 rooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and one separate toilet room. - 1st bedroom/living room: a king-size box spring bed 180x200 and, an open wardrobe, dining area and a comfortable couch with TV. - 2nd bedroom with a box spring bed (140x200cm). - a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and small freezer, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. - Bathroom with modern rain shower with temperature control and sink - Separate toilet room We provide bed sheets and towels for each guest. There is a also a steam iron and ironing board in the apartment. In cold season our guests can enjoy the central heating system, which allows to set the desired temperature. And in summer there is a fan available. Guest access The apartment has good transport connections- the tram station is just around the corner. Tram line 1 - direct connection to the city center -15 mins to the Oper/Karlsplatz. Other things to note Close to the apartment within a few walking minutes can be found many grocery shops, drugstores, restaurants, pharmacies, parks and playgrounds.
