We're on grid power with a private well and a new automatic backup generator that runs the whole cabin during outages. Please bring drinking water or plan to boil the well water. This is a quiet neighborhood—keep noise low, especially at night. Pets welcome with a fee, but no pets on furniture/beds, pick up outside, leash them, crate if leaving unattended (especially if prone to accidents or chewing), and watch for coyotes. Let us know if you have questions! Guest access Once you are here the cabin is all yours. Many guests like to walk/jog the neighborhood road for exercise. This cabin is located on 30 acres right off of a well maintained, all weather, county road. Cars have no trouble reaching this property even in poor weather conditions. Please respect property lines and neighbors- DO NOT TRESPASS onto other properties. Do not climb the mountain or the ravine! Other things to note -For safety and comfort during your visit, we recommend carrying a flashlight when walking around the property at night, as outdoor lighting is limited. Please bring plenty of drinking water for your group, especially if you plan to spend time outdoors or exploring the area. -Important Vehicle Preparedness for Desert Driving: The surrounding roads and desert terrain can have sharp rocks, thorns, and debris that increase the risk of flat tires. For your safety, we strongly recommend bringing a properly inflated spare tire, along with the necessary tools to change a tire (jack, lug wrench, and any vehicle-specific adapters). Cell service can be spotty, so being self-sufficient is key. -Guests are welcome to use the grill. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided—please purchase these locally during your stay. We provide a starter supply of coffee (grounds and/or pods), bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as household basics such as paper towels and toilet paper, plus kitchen staples like basic spices and cooking oil. These items are offered as a convenience, but we suggest bringing any personal favorites or additional quantities for longer stays.
