This 1 bedroom condo is located in the heart of Breckenridge! You are across the street from the Peak 9 Quicksilver chairlift and steps away from the restaurants and shops on Main Street. The building is older, but it has great amenities like one garage parking space, a private balcony, and a shared hot tub. Mi Casa (best happy hour in Breck) and a ski/bike shop are located in the building. **The fireplace is closed and not available for use after 4/1/2025** The space Welcome to our 1 bedroom condo located in the Der Steiermark building in downtown Breckenridge. The condo can accommodate up to four guests with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa with a new memory foam mattress. We tried our best to provide a pull-out sofa that is as comfortable as a pull-out sofa can be. For those looking to stay in and cook, there is a full kitchen with all the necessary supplies. There is a private balcony overlooking Park Avenue. Please note, the wood burning fireplace is no longer available for use because we were not able to secure insurance with a wood burning fireplace. The building is older, but it has all of the amenities you need for a mountain vacation. There is heated garage parking for one vehicle (7 ft. 2 inch clearance). During winter months (November-May) AWD or 4WD is required to safely access the garage and drive around the town. There is a shared hot tub available daily from 1:00-9:00 PM. If you are flying into Denver International Airport, I highly recommend taking the Epic Mountain Express directly to the condo and you don't have to deal with a car! Guest access Guests will have access to the condo, the shared hot tub (open daily from 1:00-9:00 PM), and one parking space in the heated garage. Other things to note This condo does not have air conditioning, but you rarely need it in the mountains. Guests can close the curtains during the day to reduce heat and open the windows to let the mountain air cool the condo. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and the living room.
