Microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 smart TVs, WIFI. Accommodations include 2 King beds, one in the downstairs primary and one upstairs; 2 Twin beds, and 1 Twin Bed with twin trundle. Accommodates 8. Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay. NO PETS; NO SMOKING. PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES ONLY. Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points and a community pool. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
