Our house is conveniently located just 90 minutes from New York City with easy access to the best of both vineyards of the North Fork as well as to the beaches of the South fork. The space This recently renovated house is perfect for families but can accommodate a small group of 6 adults. The fully-equipped open kitchen shares a large open space with a dining room and separate work area with corner office desk, as well as a living area. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, the other one has a queen. The third bedroom has a bunkbed suitable for kids. If needed, the family room has a pullout couch with a queen mattress. Of the two full bathrooms, one has a shower, another one a tub. On the patio you’ll have a propane and charcoal barbeque. There is outdoor parking space for 2 cars.
