The space This corner-lot house is a twinhome with shared walls on the south side of the home. There are no shared spaces in the home. The deck and yard are also separate from the neighbor. There is plenty of free parking available in front of the house. There is also a parking pad in the back of the house that will fit 2 cars. The TVs in the living room and bedrooms have Roku access. Log into your streaming services (Youtube TV, Netflix/Hulu/Disney+, etc.) to view. There is no cable/ live TV provided. Self- check in is done via keypad and smart lock. No keys will be issued. Information will be sent after reservation confirmation. The Nest thermostat is locked with the following the parameters: You can adjust the heat in the house to be between 60F and 72F. You can adjust the air conditioning in the house to be between 68F and 80F. Air conditioning is not available if it is less than 60 degrees F outside.
